Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly process returns and exchanges that meet kloTH's return policy.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Only full-priced items are available for return. All sale items are final sale (including discount codes)
  • Items must be in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact
  • All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable
  • Special orders, bags, shoes, accessories, hats, undergarments, jewelry and sale items are final sale 

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

  • Returns must comply with return policy listed above
  • Returns within 3 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment
  • Returns within 4 to 7 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only
  • Exchanges are offered in-store only within 7 days of purchase 

FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

  • Returns must comply with return policy listed above
  • Full-priced items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receipt by mail for a full refund
  • Your return must be postmarked no later than 7 days after the receipt of your order
  • For orders over $250, initial shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit
  • Damaged or worn merchandise may not qualify for a refund
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges and returns, we are happy to provide a label via email and will deduct the amount from the return credit
  • Online orders with in-store pick up are subject to the in-store return policy

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

We are sorry that it didn't work out, and we want to make this easy for you.  Please do the following:

  1. Email [email protected] to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. You will receive an email approving your return, usually within one business day after your request.  This email will include a UPS Return Label for the item(s).  Please note that we will deduct the return label cost from the refund amount.  Customers are welcome to mail the return back to kloTH using their preferred shipping method.  In this case, we ask that the customer emails the tracking number once shipped to: [email protected]
  3. Once you have received the UPS Return Label, carefully pack your item(s).
  4. As soon as the return is received at the store we will issue a refund and email a receipt.  Please note the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.  Refunds will be issued and credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

REFUNDS:

All eligible returns will be issued and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of processing at our store, minus gift card amounts used to place the original order.  Gift card amounts will go back on a gift card

Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only, provided they comply with the above return policy requirements.

RETURN SHIPPING:

We do not refund shipping costs. If you need assistance with your return label we are happy to send one via email and will deduct the amount from your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive back to our store.

LATE RETURNS:

Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
