Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days, pending credit card verification. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after the order is processed, followed by a separate email with tacking information.

All orders are shipped by UPS, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as the credit card is verified and will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Not happy with your purchase? No problem. kloTH gladly accepts returns or exchanges on full priced items returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.
Returns must be initiated by emailing us at [email protected] to obtain a shipping label and mailed back by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
- We do not accept returns on swimwear or undergarments.
- All special orders are final sale.
- Online orders may be returned in store within the approved return window.
- Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment.
*On occasion there are inventory complications or errors. If an item is purchased online and we do not have it in stock the customer will be notified within one day and refunded immediately.
Returns must be brought into the store within 7 days of purchase. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Sale items listed "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
TO INITIATE AN ONLINE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please email your return or exchange request to [email protected]. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the verified delivery date provided by the carrier. Upon approval of your return or exchange request, kloTH will provide a return label via email.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of return approval.
Customers may also bring returns or exchanges to our store located in downtown Hingham.

Each returned item will be inspected and processed within 2 business days of delivery to the store. The customer will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow at 10 business days for a refund to post to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify [email protected] immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced.
All eligible returns will be issued and credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing a return. Store credit and gift card refund amounts will go back on your kloTH account as a store credit.
Late returns are not accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit.
