Shipping Information

We ship all orders with UPS Ground Shipping for a flat rate fee of $15 or FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $250.  We do our best to get orders out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.  If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will promptly notify you.  Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be fulfilled the following business day.
Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days. For expedited shipping on an order please email ([email protected]) or call the store (781-875-3928).  We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that additional shipping charges may be required. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  We are unable to ship to a PO Box or military addresses and can only ship to the  continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.  Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number.  If you need additional information, please contact us.

Online Returns & Exchanges

All sale items are FINAL SALE.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly process returns and exchanges on full priced items in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.  The item must be sent back within 7 days of the being delivered.  The item(s)/package must be postmarked by the 7th day of receiving the goods.  The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your card unless we have made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way.  The original form of payment will be refunded once the return is received and an emailed receipt for the amount refunded. 


Return Instructions

We are sorry that it didn’t work out, and we want to make this easy for you. Please do the following: 
  1. Email [email protected] to initiate a return with 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. You will receive an email approving your return, usually within one business day after your request.  This email will include a UPS Return Label for the item(s).  Please note that we will deduct the return label cost from the refund amount.  Customers are welcome to mail the return back to kloTH using their preferred shipping method.  In this case, we ask that the customer emails [email protected] the tracking number once they have shipped the package.
  3. Once you have received the UPS Return Label, carefully pack your item(s).
  4. As soon as the return is received at the store we will issue a refund and email a receipt.  Please note that the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued and credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
